What is the teacher’s dashboard used for/What is the Dashboard/Homepage/How do you use the Dashboard?
Once you are logged in you will be taken to an initial screen called the Dashboard or your Home Page
The Dashboard provides the visitability for teachers to have quick access to all assignments issued.
● Provides the ability to go back and Edit new assignments prior to the student starting
● Can easily view a list of students names who were given the assignment
● View a quick list of students names who completed an assignment
● Easily view students’ proficiencies per assignment
● Provides visibility of students personalized remedial assignments
● Allows teachers to view what assignments need to be graded, with quick access to grading
What types of assignments can be viewed on the Dashboard?
The different types of assignments are :
● Class Assignments – All daily assignments
● Smartboard Assignments – Live session assignments
● Remedial Assignments – Targeted assignments issued by the program to address learning gaps at the current standards
● Deep Remedial Assignments – Targeted assignments issued by the program to address learning gaps at the foundational standards
● Scheduled Assignments – Assignments scheduled for a future date and time
● Imported Score Remedials – Targeted assignments issued by the program to address learning gaps for NWEA or State scores that have been imported
How do you view incompleted assignments on the dashboard/Where do you view incompleted assignments on the dashboard?
Step 1: Once you are logged in you will be taken to an initial screen called the Dashboard or your Home Page
Step 2: Scroll to the bottom of the page where your assignments are listed and in the Incomplete column click on the number displayed
Step 3: The list of students who did not complete their assignment will be displayed
How do you view who the assignment was given to on the dashboard/Where do you view who was given an assignment on the dashboard?
Step 1: Once you are logged in you will be taken to an initial screen called the Dashboard or your Home Page
Step 2: Scroll to the bottom of the page where your assignments are listed and in the Assign To column click on the number displayed
Step 3: The list of students who were given the assignment will be displayed
What does PP stand for on the dashboard?
PP stands for Partially Proficient. This is set in the Profile section of the Teacher’s Portal. In this example, any student that falls below the 70% will be considered Partially Proficient.
In this column, you will see the list of students who have fallen below a set proficiency level. These are the students that the program will provide targeted individualized practices at current grade-level standards as well as at the foundational standards.
What does AP stand for on the dashboard?
AP stands for Advanced Proficient. This is set in the Profile section of the Teacher’s Portal. In this example, any student that scores 90% and above will be considered Advanced Proficient.
In this column, you will see the list of students who have scored 90% and above.
What does P stand for on the dashboard?
P stands for Proficient. This is set in the Profile section of the Teacher’s Portal. In this example, any student that scores between 70% – 90% will be considered Proficient.

How do you Delete an assignment from the dashboard/How do you delete an assignment?
Step 1: To delete an assignment you have to go to the Teacher’s Dashboard / HomePage
Step 2: Scroll to the bottom of the dashboard where your assignments are listed and click the checkbox in the Delete column for the assignment you wish to delete.
Step 3: Once you click on the delete on the button the following message box will display asking you to confirm your selection.
Step 4: Click on the Yes button to complete the deletion of the specific assignment/s. Once the assignment/s have been deleted you are no longer able to retrieve them and the following confirmation message will be displayed.
How do you grade an assignment from the dashboard?
There are two ways to grade an assignment from the Teacher’s Dashboard
Step 1: Go to the Dashboard or your Home Page
Step 2: Click on the red bar displayed across your screen
Or click on Grade Now underneath the assignment name
Step 3: Once you select Grade Now, the assignment/s to be graded are displayed. Click on the assignment name to start grading.
Step 4: Here you can provide a grade, share a comment, or resubmit the question for the student to answer again.
How do you view assignments on the dashboard/Where do you view an assignment on the dashboard/How do you view the different types of assignments on the dashboard?
Step 1: Open the dashboard, scroll towards the bottom of the page and click on one of the tabs for Class, Smartboard, Remedial, Deep Remedial, and Scheduled Assignments and a list of all assignments will be displayed for each tab.
How do you view completed assignments on the dashboard/Where do you view completed assignments on the dashboard?
Step 1: Once you are logged in you will be taken to an initial screen called the Dashboard or your Home Page
Step 2: Scroll to the bottom of the page where your assignments are listed and in the Complete Column click on the number displayed
Step 3: The list of students who have completed the lesson will be displayed.
