Job Description:
Lumos Learning is looking for a Remote Product Specialist who can communicate effectively with our customers, provide timely resolutions on all encountered and identified issues, and share periodic updates of product enhancements and new releases with our existing customers. Also, not afraid to learn new things relating to our product and take on new onboarding projects.
We are looking for someone that has the following:
- Good presentation skills
- Comfortable with technology
- Testing products new enhancements
- Great communication skills
- Troubleshooting customers issues and providing a timely resolution
- Following up with customers periodically
- Creating short explainer videos for customers
Skills:
- About 2 years of customer service experience
- Prior familiarity with professional presentations both in-person and video format
- Experience working with technology products
- Prior experience with schools a plus
- Bachelor’s degree
